Dog Sizes
We accept all sized dogs. However this is a friendly atmosphere and we will not tolerate aggressive behavior. Admission to the Pet Hotel is at staff's discretion.
Dog Temperament in the Play Areas
All admissions to the indoor play areas will be determined by staff and can vary from day to day. Admissions will be determined to accommodate the majority of dogs at that time. Dogs will be divided up by size and temperament in the play areas. Dogs must be able to get along with others to be able to participate in the play areas.
Cat Boarding
We offer boarding for cats. We have luxury condos in a separate quiet room. They will be required to stay in the condo with supervised play time.
Vaccines, Flea and Tick Prevention
All dogs are required to be up to date on Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo and Parainfluenza.
All Cats are required to be up to date on feline viral rhinotracheitis, calici virus, panleukopenia (distemper), rabies and Feline Leukemia.

Must provide proof of vaccines prior to the Meet and Greet, Boarding, Daycare and Grooming.
All dogs and cats must be on flea and tick prevention. Heartworm prevention is highly recommended.
Sterilization
We will accept dogs that are still intact.
Male dogs that are over a year old and intact will not be allowed to participate in the play areas. Male dogs less than a year old will be allowed in the play areas unless they exhibit behavior consisting of aggression, dominance, and/or excessive mounting. Admission to the play areas are at the staff's discretion.

Female dogs will be able to participate during play time. However, females will not be allowed to stay during their cycle. We will not take any dogs that are within 30 days of their first symptom. If staff suspects she is experiencing her cycle, the owner must arrange for her to be picked up immediately.
Food and Treats
Dogs and Cats must bring their own food. If food is forgotten we can provide food for $5.00 per serving.
Treats can be brought from home and given per your request.
Bedtime treats can be purchased for $3.00 per treat.

Cats must bring their own litter. Litter boxes will be provided.
Bedroom Suites
Small Dog Rooms are 4 x 6 foot. Large Dog Rooms are 4 x 7 foot and up. Our beds are raised with padding. You can bring your own blanket, bed and toys if desired. We provide food bowls. Additional blankets are available upon request.
Meet and Greet for new customers!
If you want to board your dogs with us, please give us a call to schedule a Meet and Greet. A meet and greet will be an all day event. You need to bring them between 8 am and 9 am and plan to pick them up between 4 pm and 5 pm. This is for us to get to know your dog and your dog will get to know us. With the increase of new dogs coming, I feel this is necessary to establish a relationship with your pet. Not all dogs like coming to a new place and if they are so scared they are growling and biting us, then maybe we are not the best place for your dog. We cannot appropriately take care of your pet if we cannot touch them. It is upsetting to your pet and to us and we want the best experience for them that we can give them. You must bring a copy of the vaccinations on this date. They must be up to date on rabies, distemper/parvo, and bordetella.

All new customers must have at least one meet and greet scheduled before the extended boarding stay. No exceptions will be made.
Deposit Information
Due to the higher demand of reservations during major holidays, weekends, Spring Break and Fall Break we have decided to develop a Deposit Policy.
Deposits will need to be made if making reservations that include major holidays, holiday weekends, Spring Break and Fall Break. A deposit of 50% must be made at time of reservation.

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 10 days prior to the scheduled reservation can be reimbursed for a $10 processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the reservation is NONREFUNDABLE. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. This allows us to add somebody else that is on the waiting list.
